Vacant Home in St. Petersburg
This home in St. Petersburg was a Vacant Home Staging project.
After assessing the market and defining the target buyer , we created a lighting plan with new fixtures in the kitchen, living room and studio and a staging design for an open floor plan with three distinctive areas:
– Sitting/entertainment;
– Dining;
– Kids corner.
Kitchen, home office and two bathrooms were also staged
Vacant historic home in Kenwood (St. Petersburg)
This home in Kenwood with its original 1920’s floor was a Vacant Home Staging project on a limited budget. Given the buyer segment in this area, the aim of the staging was to enhance the historical details while mixing contemporary pieces with colorful accessories.
Occupied home in Dunedin
This home in Dunedin was an Occupied Home Staging project. Given the neutrality of the wall, we suggested brighter color pieces to soften and warm up the contemporary look and photo styled each area to enhance all the plusses of the home (high ceilings, views of the wooded area, etc.).
